At this time, we are not accepting new clients. We recommend 4 to 6 weeks notice when booking an appointment. Last minute appointments are not available.
24 hours notice for all cancellations. Clients who have had consecutive no shows for their appointments will be asked to hold future appointments with a credit card number. If the client fails to email or stop by to cancel, 48 hours prior to the service, ½ the price of the service will be charged to the credit card.
For groups of three or more, a credit card will be required to hold the appointment.
Due to high volume of new clients booking and not showing up, all new clients are required to hold their first two appointments with a credit card. If you do not have a credit card, a deposit for half of the service costs will be required. If your appointment is missed, 50% of the service cost will be billed; no other charges will be made on the card. If you have paid a deposit, that amount will be applied to the service cost. If proper notice is provided for the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, you may request a refund of the deposit; please see the Cancellation policy for more information on this.
The parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early for your appointment to find a spot in the parking lot or on a nearby side street.
Following forms of payment are accepted: Cash, Debit, VISA and MasterCard.
Please try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your appointment. This will allow you to find parking and fill out any necessary Consultation Forms. Also, enjoy yourself during your visit!
